Crimping Machines | Wire Harness Equipment

Standard machines and custom turnkey lines for crimping, testing, welding and automated assembly of micro-rectangular, RF and military-grade connectors.

Crimping Machines | Wire Harness Equipment

Crimping Machines | Wire Harness Equipment in one sentence: The crimping range covers terminals, twist pins, wire spring holes and coaxial center pins. Consistent pull-off force and yield above 99 percent come from servo pressure control, and CCD inspection plus MES connectivity turn each press into a traceable process rather than an unverified stroke.

Lanneas crimping machines deliver consistent pull-off force, 99%+ yield and stable high-speed production for terminals, twist pins, wire spring holes and coaxial center pins. Each machine can be equipped with CCD inspection, servo pressure control and MES connectivity for traceable wire harness manufacturing.

Where the Crimping Machines | Wire Harness Equipment fits

Where it does not fit

Crimp quality depends on the terminal and wire being matched and correctly stripped, so incoming part control stays your responsibility. One machine covers a defined wire and terminal window; parts outside it need a different applicator or a different model in the range.

Crimping Machines | Wire Harness Equipment — FAQ

Which contact types are covered?+
Terminals, twist pins, wire spring holes and coaxial center pins. The applicator set is matched to the family, so send the terminal or contact part number with the wire specification before ordering.
How is crimp quality held?+
Servo pressure control holds the force window stroke by stroke, and the curve can be monitored per cycle. CCD inspection is available where the crimp form itself has to be verified, not just the force.
What yield should we expect?+
Above 99 percent with a matched terminal and wire and controlled strip length. Crimp quality cannot compensate for a badly stripped wire, so incoming part control matters.
Can press data go to our MES?+
Yes. Machines can be connected for traceable production, with counts and force data exported. Specify the interface in the purchase specification so it is configured at commissioning.
What are MOQ, lead time and quote response?+
MOQ is one set. Lead time is confirmed per order and depends on configuration. Send wire range, terminal part number, target output and required standard for a written quote.
Is overseas support available?+
Remote commissioning and parameter tuning are offered for standard machines, plus sample evaluation and operator training. English documentation is provided.

FAQ

How to Choose Connector Automation Equipment

How do I choose the right connector automation machine?+
Start from the connector and the defect you must control: crimping accuracy, wire-sequence correctness, or pin retention. Then match throughput and the quality standard (GJB, IATF 16949). Send us a drawing and we recommend a machine or line.
Do you supply standard machines or only custom lines?+
Both. We ship standard crimpers, testers, welders and assembly cells, and also build custom turnkey lines around them using self-developed patents.
Can one machine handle multiple connector types?+
Yes. Digitized, storable recipes and quick change-over let a single machine cover many connector families, which lowers capital and floor-space cost.
How do your machines support quality traceability?+
Crimping and assembly equipment log force curves and per-cycle data and export via MES / OPC-UA, so any field failure traces back to the exact machine, recipe and time.
