Marking & Testing Machines | Wire Harness Equipment

Standard machines and custom turnkey lines for crimping, testing, welding and automated assembly of micro-rectangular, RF and military-grade connectors.

Marking & Testing Machines | Wire Harness Equipment

Marking & Testing Machines | Wire Harness Equipment in one sentence: The marking and testing range pairs real-time vision inspection with laser marking. Wrong wire sequence and defective parts are caught at the station instead of at final test or in the field, and every accepted part leaves with a mark that ties it back to its inspection record.

Lanneas marking and testing machines combine real-time vision inspection with laser marking to prevent wrong wire sequence, eliminate defective outflow and deliver per-part traceability for high-reliability connectors.

Where the Marking & Testing Machines | Wire Harness Equipment fits

Where it does not fit

Vision needs a stable presentation of the part, so fixturing and part consistency decide how well it performs. Very small or highly reflective features can need lighting changes. Inspection proves the part met the rule it was given; it cannot judge a defect type it was not programmed to detect.

Marking & Testing Machines | Wire Harness Equipment — FAQ

What defects can the vision check catch?+
Wrong wire sequence, missing or misplaced contacts and mark legibility, depending on the programme loaded. Inspection proves a part met the rule it was given, so define which defect types must be caught before the machine is configured.
How much can be laser marked?+
Up to 192 characters on the dedicated marking model. Content is normally part number, date code and serial, set from your specification.
Does inspection cover every part?+
Yes for the checks the machine is programmed to run. Out-of-tolerance parts trigger an audible and visual alarm and are held rather than passed down the line.
Can force testing be included?+
Yes. Retention and pull-off testing is available in the range with a 0 to 200 N force range and 0.1 N resolution, so the mechanical joint is verified, not only the visual form.
What are MOQ, lead time and quote response?+
MOQ is one set. Lead time is confirmed per order and depends on configuration. Send the connector part number, defect types to catch and target output for a written quote.
Is overseas support available?+
Remote commissioning and parameter tuning are offered, with sample evaluation and operator training available. English documentation is provided.

FAQ

How to Choose Connector Automation Equipment

How do I choose the right connector automation machine?+
Start from the connector and the defect you must control: crimping accuracy, wire-sequence correctness, or pin retention. Then match throughput and the quality standard (GJB, IATF 16949). Send us a drawing and we recommend a machine or line.
Do you supply standard machines or only custom lines?+
Both. We ship standard crimpers, testers, welders and assembly cells, and also build custom turnkey lines around them using self-developed patents.
Can one machine handle multiple connector types?+
Yes. Digitized, storable recipes and quick change-over let a single machine cover many connector families, which lowers capital and floor-space cost.
How do your machines support quality traceability?+
Crimping and assembly equipment log force curves and per-cycle data and export via MES / OPC-UA, so any field failure traces back to the exact machine, recipe and time.
