Welding Machines | Wire Harness Equipment

Standard machines and custom turnkey lines for crimping, testing, welding and automated assembly of micro-rectangular, RF and military-grade connectors.

Welding Machines | Wire Harness Equipment

Welding Machines | Wire Harness Equipment in one sentence: The welding range puts automatic tin feeding, pin insertion and soldering into one controlled process. It addresses the three failures of hand soldering on RF work: uneven solder volume, yield that varies by operator, and a cycle time that sets the pace of the whole line.

Our welding machines integrate automatic tin feeding, pin insertion and soldering into one controlled process, solving uneven tin volume, low yield and slow manual soldering in RF antenna and coaxial cable production.

Where the Welding Machines | Wire Harness Equipment fits

Where it does not fit

Soldering is only as consistent as the parts fed to it, so cable strip length and pin condition must be controlled upstream. Leaded and lead-free profiles need different parameters, and very large cable sizes fall outside the standard heating and feeding envelope.

Welding Machines | Wire Harness Equipment — FAQ

What cable types are supported?+
RG58, SMA and 178 in the standard configuration. Send the cable and connector part numbers, and the application team will confirm coverage before quoting.
How is solder volume controlled?+
Tin feeding and the temperature profile are both controlled, and the profile is stored per part. That removes the operator-to-operator variation that a hand soldering bench cannot avoid.
Can pin insertion run in the same station?+
Yes. Pin insertion and soldering are integrated into one cycle, so the part does not move between operators and the joint is made under one set of controlled parameters.
Does it handle lead-free solder?+
Yes, but leaded and lead-free need different temperature profiles. State which process you run so the machine is set up and validated for it.
What are MOQ, lead time and quote response?+
MOQ is one set. Lead time is confirmed per order and depends on configuration. Send cable type, connector part number and target output for a written quote.
Is overseas support available?+
Remote commissioning and parameter tuning are offered, with sample evaluation and operator training available. English documentation is provided.

FAQ

How to Choose Connector Automation Equipment

How do I choose the right connector automation machine?+
Start from the connector and the defect you must control: crimping accuracy, wire-sequence correctness, or pin retention. Then match throughput and the quality standard (GJB, IATF 16949). Send us a drawing and we recommend a machine or line.
Do you supply standard machines or only custom lines?+
Both. We ship standard crimpers, testers, welders and assembly cells, and also build custom turnkey lines around them using self-developed patents.
Can one machine handle multiple connector types?+
Yes. Digitized, storable recipes and quick change-over let a single machine cover many connector families, which lowers capital and floor-space cost.
How do your machines support quality traceability?+
Crimping and assembly equipment log force curves and per-cycle data and export via MES / OPC-UA, so any field failure traces back to the exact machine, recipe and time.
