Automatic Assembly Machines | Wire Harness Equipment

Standard machines and custom turnkey lines for crimping, testing, welding and automated assembly of micro-rectangular, RF and military-grade connectors.

Automatic Assembly Machines | Wire Harness Equipment

Automatic Assembly Machines | Wire Harness Equipment in one sentence: This is the automatic assembly family: cells that carry a harness from wire feeding and stripping through crimping, welding, high-voltage testing and heat-shrink packaging. It suits antenna and wire harness makers replacing manual stations, where the gain is steady output and quality that does not move with shift or operator.

From wire feeding and stripping to crimping, welding, high-voltage testing and heat-shrink packaging, our automatic assembly lines help antenna and wire harness manufacturers replace manual labor and stabilize mass-production quality.

Where the Automatic Assembly Machines | Wire Harness Equipment fits

Where it does not fit

A standard cell assumes your part sits inside the tooling envelope already built. Unusual connector geometry, very long harnesses or a process step outside the standard set turn it into a custom build, with design time added before delivery. Very low volumes rarely pay back the changeover.

Automatic Assembly Machines | Wire Harness Equipment — FAQ

What processes can one cell cover?+
Wire feeding and stripping, crimping, welding, high-voltage testing and heat-shrink packaging. Stations are selected per project, so a cell is built around the process you actually run rather than a fixed list.
Standard machine or custom build?+
If your part fits tooling already built, a standard cell is faster and cheaper. Unusual geometry or an extra process step means new station design, which is quoted as a custom build with design time included.
Can testing be built into the line?+
Yes. High-voltage and continuity testing can run inline so failures are caught at the station instead of at final test. The test limits come from your product specification.
How many operators does a cell need?+
Typically one for loading and unloading. The exact number depends on station count, cycle time and whether packaging is included in the cell.
What are MOQ, lead time and quote response?+
MOQ is one set. Lead time is confirmed per order and depends on configuration. Send part drawings, target output and quality standard for a written quote.
Do you support overseas commissioning?+
Remote commissioning and parameter tuning are offered, with sample evaluation and operator training available. English documentation is provided.

FAQ

How to Choose Connector Automation Equipment

How do I choose the right connector automation machine?+
Start from the connector and the defect you must control: crimping accuracy, wire-sequence correctness, or pin retention. Then match throughput and the quality standard (GJB, IATF 16949). Send us a drawing and we recommend a machine or line.
Do you supply standard machines or only custom lines?+
Both. We ship standard crimpers, testers, welders and assembly cells, and also build custom turnkey lines around them using self-developed patents.
Can one machine handle multiple connector types?+
Yes. Digitized, storable recipes and quick change-over let a single machine cover many connector families, which lowers capital and floor-space cost.
How do your machines support quality traceability?+
Crimping and assembly equipment log force curves and per-cycle data and export via MES / OPC-UA, so any field failure traces back to the exact machine, recipe and time.
